Website measurements

We use first-party measurements to understand which collections people explore and whether our website is working reliably.

What we measure

Public page and product views, broad device type, referring website domain, contact-link clicks and Design Studio stages. We do not include names, uploaded artwork, design text, form contents, full referring URLs or URL query strings in these analytics.

We use a temporary per-tab visit identifier in session storage, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity between page loads, and daily keyed network fingerprints. These are approximate measurements—not a count of identifiable people. Measurement events are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choice

Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this analytics script. You can also turn off measurements in this browser below. The setting uses local storage only to remember your choice; clearing browser data resets it.

Security records are separate

To investigate technical failures and abuse, we record API request templates, status codes and encrypted network addresses. Owner-only tools show masked addresses; revealing an exact address is audited. Encrypted network records are normally deleted after 30 days of inactivity (owner-configurable from 1 to 90 days), with hourly cleanup. Request evidence is retained for up to 90 days.

An owner can deliberately send a selected network address to IPinfo for approximate country and network-operator information. This is not precise location and does not identify a person. There is no automatic external enrichment. Disabling analytics does not disable essential security logging or operational order records.

This notice explains website measurements, not the full handling of order, payment or customer-service records.
